500 g mince

1 onion

1 can of chopped tomatoes

tomato puree

herbs of choice (mixed recommended)

one pack of spaghetti


1. Place 2 pans on the stove and chop your onion into 1.5cm cubes if possible.

2. Heat 1 pan to heat mark 6, then add your mince and onion and stir apart until browned.

3. Add your chopped tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of tomato puree and a pinch of herbs and stir for 30 secs.

4. Simmer on heat mark 3 for 10 minuites, meanwhile, fill the other pan with 3/4 water and cook your spaghetti on heat mark 6 until soft.

5. Dish when ready.
