half onion (use as much as desired)

garlic (smashed or diced small)

1 lb ground beef

1 cup bread crumbs

1 1/2 cup milk

Italian seasonings


6-10 large potatoes (10-15 for red)


1/2 cup sour cream


favorite seasonings


1. Heat the oven to 375°. Boil water in a large pot. Cut potatoes in large chunks while water starts to boil. Rinse potatoes then add to boiling water. Add some salt to them and let cook.

2. While potatoes boil saute onions and garlic. Add beef, garlic, onions, 1/2 cup milk, breadcrumbs, eggs, and seasoning together. Roll mixture into balls and place in cupcake pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until fully cooked.

3. Mix remaining ingredients indrained potatoes and smash together. Start placing mashed potatoes in bowls. by this time meatballs should be done. Place desired amount of meatballs. Over potatoes in each bowl. serve with gravy if you like. Enjoy
