1 scoop low carb protein powder
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 packet Swiss hot chocolate mix
1/2 cup water or skim milk
1/2 cup non-fat cottage cheese (give it that milkshake consistency)
handful of ice (use as much as you want to get the consistency you like)
top with a dollop of low-fat whipped cream to garnish
1. Add all ingredients (in the order listed above) in a blender and pulse until smooth and creamy.
