mozzarella cut in rounds
1. Half the cherry tomatoes.
2. Make an incision in the middle of one end of the cherry tomato.
3. Half the olives.
4. Place a basil leaf on a mozzarella disk.
5. Position the cherry tomato on the basil leaf.
6. Position the olive in front of the cherry tomato, with the incision facing backwards.
7. Add basil stems under the olive for the antennae.
8. Add small drops of balsamic for the black spots.
