1 can of grands buttermilk biscuits
3 cups oil
1. Use a small round cookie cutter or a donut hole cutter to cut the middle of the biscuit out.
2. Heat oil in a deep skillet. Oil is ready when bubbles form around dough. Cook 4 "donuts" and 4 holes at a time. Cook for about 1 minute per side then remove from pain and drain on paper towels. Use topping of choice to finish.
3. Dip tops in melted chocolate. Or mix sugar and cinnamon and dip both sides in mixture. Or mix confectioners’ sugar, milk and vanilla to runny consistency and dip both sides of donut.
