1 cup cooked and shredded chicken

1 puff pastry sheet

1 egg

salt and pepper to taste


1. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.

2. Cut 6 squares of pastry and put shredded chicken on one side of the square. Make sure you leave enough pastry to fold and seal the edges. Now beat an egg in a bowl and using a pastry, egg wash and seal the edges. Place all the pasties in the lined oven tray and cook for 15-20 minutes. Your tasty pasties are ready to be served.
