1 kilo boneless chicken (cut into strips)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon black pepper
salt to taste
1 1/2 cup plain flour
2 cup breadcrumbs
1. In a large bowl add chicken strips, lemon juice, salt and pepper, let it marinate for 14 minutes.
2. Coat chicken strips in plain flour first, then in egg and lastly coat chicken strips in breadcrumbs. Lay all the chicken in a tray and leave it in the fridge for 10 minutes. It will stop breadcrumbs to come off when frying.
3. In a large pan heat oil and fry chicken on medium heat until chicken is golden and cooked through. Serve hot with dip of your choice.
