chips 1 bowl (fried or baked)
cumin seeds 1 tablespoon
chaat masala 1 teaspoon
chilli flakes ¼ teaspoon
lemon juice 2 tablespoon
thinly sliced red onion 3 tablespoons
thinly sliced green onion 1 tablespoon (for garnish)
salt to taste
olive oil 1 tablespoon
1. In a pan heat 1 tablespoon olive oil, add cumin first, stir it couple of times. When it starts crackling add red onion and cook only for 1 or 2 minutes (onions should not go soft).
2. Now add all the chips, stir it few times then add chaat masala, lemon juice, chilli flakes and salt and take it off the heat. Your masala fries are ready to serve, pour them in a serving bowl and sprinkle thinly sliced green onion and enjoy.
