1 litre of milk
4-6 tbs sugar
Saffron few strands
Khoya ½ cup (Milk powder if khoya is not available)
200 grams Double cream
4-5 green cardamom (Chhoti Ilaichi)
1. Add khoya, green cardamom, double cream and saffron to milk except sugar and cook for 15-20 minutes. Once milk is thickened add sugar and cook for further couple of minutes. Chill in the fridge then transfer to freezer and freeze overnight.
2. Soak rice noodles in boiling water for ten minutes then rinse with cold water. Now get some qulfa ice cream in a bowl and arrange rice noodles on top.
3. Your qulfa is ready to serve.
