Ingredients:

½ cup semolina

½ cup plain flour

water to knead the dough

oil for frying

Directions:

1. In a large bowl make dough of semolina and plain flour. Cover the bowl and rest dough for 20 minutes. Using a rolling pin make a large roti, now using a round cutter cut out small discs and fry in hot oil until light golden and crisp.

2. Fill your gol gappy with your favorite filling and enjoy
