boneless chicken (cut into cubes) 1 kilo
medium onion 1 (thinly sliced)
tomatoes roughly grind 3
garlic paste 1 teaspoon
ginger paste 1 teaspoon
green chilies 4-5
crushed dry coriander 1 teaspoon
crushed cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
crushed red chilli 1 teaspoon
salt to taste
oil 1/4 cup
tomato and green chilli for garnish
1. Heat oil in a pan, add thinly sliced onion, cook it for few minutes. Once onions are lightly golden add garlic and ginger paste, cook for 2-3 minutes. Now add chicken pieces, cook for 5-10 minutes.
2. Then add crushed coriander and cumin, stir well. Now add green chilies and roughly grind tomatoes, salt and crushed red chillies, cook for 2-3 minute then cook on the low heat for five minutes.
3. Garnish with green chilies and fresh tomatoes. Serve hot with chapati or naan.
