16 oz bag frozen dole pineapple chunks
1/2 cup coconut milk
juice of 1 lime
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup granulated sugar
dash of salt
maraschino cherries, for garnish
1. Add all of the ingredients into a large blender and purée for 2 minutes or until completely smooth.
2. Place the blender container, uncovered, into the freezer and freeze for 30 minutes.
3. Remove from freezer and purée for an additional 20 seconds.
4. Pour into 2 serving glasses. Optional - garnish with fresh pineapple and maraschino cherries.
