1 lb sweet cherry tomatoes
1/2 english cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 fresno chili, chopped
1/2 small onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
3 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
salt & pepper
1. Place all ingredients in blender and mix on high speed until pureed.
2. Chill in refrigerator for a couple hours.
