1 lb of extra lean ground beef
1/2 lb of lean ground pork
3/4 cup of uncooked quinoa
1/2 large head cabbage
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 box of beef broth
2 cups water
1 small diced onion
tons of garlic
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon oregano
1 bay leaf
1. Himalayan Pink Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste.
2. Combine beef, pork, onion, garlic in a large frying pot and brown. Drain fat.
3. In slow cooker combine everything and cook on high for 3-4 hours.
4. If you want it thicker don't use as much water and if you want it thinner use more. Remove bay leaf and serve.
