25 jalapenos
1 8 oz Philadelphia low fat cream cheese
2 tbsp McCormick bac n pieces bits
1 box of Hormel fully cooked bacon
1 bag of kraft Mexican four shredded cheese
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
1 6 oz can of crab meat
1. Cut all 25 Jalapenos in half and de-seed them.
2. Boil a big pot of water and add Jalapenos to boil for 45 mins.
3. In a bowl mix cream cheese, bacon bits, crab meat, salt, pepper and 1/2 the bag of Mexican Shredded cheese.
4. When Jalapenos are done boiling, strain in strainer and let cool. When they are cool stuff with cream cheese mixture. Add remaining Mexican shredded cheese on top of each Jalapeno.
5. Cut fully cooked Bacon into 4 pieces and add a piece of bacon on top of each Jalapeno. Preheat oven to 350 and put Jalapenos in over for 10-15 minutes till cheese is melted.
