16 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts

1⁄2 cup breadcrumbs

1⁄4 cup fat-free parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon rosemary

1 teaspoon basil

1⁄2 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon parsley flakes

1⁄3 cup fat-free margarine, melted


1. Pre-heat oven to 375.

2. Mix bread crumbs, cheese and seasoning in shallow bowl.

3. Dip each chicken breast in melted margarine (or spray with Bacel Topping Spray), then in bread crumb mixture.

4. Place each breast on baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.

5. Bake for approximately 20-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
