1 1/2 cup of fresh spinach
3 tbsp Almond flour
4 egg whites
salt to taste (and or any other spices that you like to taste)
1 tbsp olive oil
1. Mix everything in the blender. Choose a Good frying pan.
2. Use some coconut oil to grease it
3. When is hot pour some of the spinach mix into it, wait until is ready in one side / turn to the other side.
