Ingredients:

1/2 cup red grapes

1 frozen banana. peeled

1/4 avocado, peeled and pitted

1/2 cucumber, chopped

1/2 scoop of plant based protein powder

2 cups kale, stems removed

4 ounces (236 ml) unsweetened almond milk

Directions:

1. In a blender, combine all ingredients together and blend until smooth.
