2 bananas, frozen
¼ cup peanut flour
pinch of salt
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
4 large ice cubes
1 banana, frozen
2 packets Chocolate P96 Whey Protein Powder
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
handful of spinach
1. Peanut Butter Layer: place all ingredients (1 banana, ¼ cup peanut flour, pinch of salt, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 4 large ice cubes) in a blender or magic bullet. Mix until smooth.
2. Chocolate Layer Place other ingredients in a blender or magic bullet (1 banana, frozen 2 packets Chocolate P96 Whey Protein Powder, 3 tablespoons cocoa powder, handful of spinach, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk). Mix until smooth.
3. Pour peanut butter layer in glass, reserving a little, then pour chocolate layer and top off with reserved peanut butter layer.
