3 cup gluten free oats

1 tsp baking powder

1-2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 cup coconut milk

2 very ripe bananas

1 cup soft pitted dates

1/3 cup raw cacao powder

1/4 - 1/3 cup water depending on how soft your dates are


1. Start by preheating the oven to 190 degrees and line up your square baking dish with baking paper. Next get a bowl and mix together the oats, cinnamon and baking powder.

2. Get another bowl, mash up bananas and add milk. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and combine well. Put the oat mixture in the baking dish, but leave some out to use as a topping. Press down firmly.

3. Now let's make the chocolate by placing dates and cacao into a food processor and pulse. Add water slowly until you a get paste consistency.

4. Spread the chocolate on the top of the oats and crumble the rest of the oat mixture on top. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes and let it cool down before devouring.
