1 cup whipped heavy cream
1 dash pepper
1 dash salt
4 cups reduced sodium chicken broth
20 oz broccoli
12 oz reduced fat cheddar cheese
1. Bring broccoli and broth to boil, simmer for 5 minutes.
2. Add cheese cubes and heat on low until cheese melts.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. If soup is too thick, add heavy cream to thin to desired consistency.
