Ingredients:

1 can rotel tomatoes

1 15 oz can crushed tomatoes

1 box chicken broth

1-2 tsp garlic powder

1-2 tsp onion powder

1-2 tsp chili powder

a shake or two of cayenne pepper

¼ c. heavy whipping cream

Directions:

1. Put the tomatoes in the pan and blended them with a stick blender and then add the broth and seasonings. Start with the lesser amount of seasoning and add till you have what you like.

2. Bring it to a low boil and then simmer for a little while (about 15 minutes), turn the heat off and added the heavy whipping cream. Stir well and serve. Carb count will depend on brand of ingredients and the serving size you use.
