2 tbsp and 1 tsp almond flour
1 egg
1 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
15 drops sweet leaf liquid stevia
1 tbsp Philadelphia cream cheese, full fat
3-4 drops sweet leaf liquid stevia
1. Combine flour, baking soda, and cinnamon in microwave safe mug and mix well. Add egg, melted butter and sweetener. Mix until combined and no lumps are left. Microwave for 75 seconds.
2. For the Icing. Microwave cream cheese for 10 seconds until soft. Mix in liquid sweetener. Spread onto your mug cake and enjoy.
